Papers submission

You can now download the template of the paper if your abstract is accepted.

All papers must be sent before 15 February 2025.

Accepted and registered full papers will be published in the conference proceedings. A maximum of two papers per registrant will be accepted.

To submit your paper, you should be logged in. Go to my space/my submissions.  Then, go below to your accepted abstract and click on the sign + (on the right) to upload your paper in a pdf or a word file.

Please indicate if you prefer an oral presentation or a poster
